Pertemps

Pertemps is a recruitment and career platform helping professionals move from uncertain salary expectations to clear career direction. We worked together to create a site experience that turns that guidance into confident action.

Pertemps

Pertemps sits at a genuinely uncertain moment for a lot of its users — professionals who don't yet have a clear read on their own market value or next career move. The existing platform didn't do much to resolve that uncertainty; it listed roles and salary ranges without helping people turn that information into a confident decision.

We rebuilt the platform's frontend in Vue and TypeScript, backed by a .NET service layer built for both performance and the infrastructure demands of a high-traffic recruitment site. Data visualization was central to the redesign — turning raw salary and role data into something a candidate could actually read as guidance rather than a spreadsheet.

Pertemps

For a platform where users are often comparing offers and timing decisions, slow pages read as untrustworthy. We treated backend and infrastructure performance as a product feature in its own right, not just a technical concern, so the experience stayed fast even as traffic and data volume grew.

Pertemps

Post-launch, Pertemps saw an 80% increase in website traffic and a 38% increase in application volume — evidence that clearer guidance, not just a better-looking interface, was what moved people from uncertainty to action.
