ISE Partners needed a new site that looked and felt like their own brand, not a copy of anyone else's.

We had a component system already proven on another platform in the same space. The obvious question was whether it could genuinely serve a second, distinct brand, or whether "reuse" would just mean a site that quietly still looked like the first one.

The system was largely token-driven, built with this kind of reuse in mind. So the real work wasn't building flexibility from scratch. It was applying that flexibility carefully enough that the result read as ISE Partners' own site, not a reskin wearing someone else's bones.

Most of the interface came together by swapping design tokens: color, type, spacing, the values the system was already built to take.

But not everything in the new designs fit inside what the existing components could express. Some parts of the new brand's design called for layouts and details the token system hadn't been asked to produce before.

Those pieces had to be translated into code directly, in a way that still sat comfortably next to the token-driven parts of the site rather than looking bolted on. Knowing where to trust the system and where to step outside it was most of the actual judgment call in this project.

ISE Partners recruits for a narrower, more specific niche: executive assistants, PAs, reception, and business operations roles, rather than general recruitment across the board.

That difference showed up mostly in the CMS configuration rather than the frontend itself: smaller adjustments to how content was structured and categorized, so the site could speak to that specific audience without needing a heavier rebuild underneath it.
